Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Goat Meat - 1/2 kg


  • Onion - 4


  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tablespoon


  • Green Chilies - 3


  • Cardamon - 2


  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon


  • Chili powder - 2 tablespoon


  • Badam paste - 1 cup


  • Curd - 1 cup


  • Coconut paste - 2 tablespoon


  • Oil - 2 tablespoon


  • Ghee - 2 tablespoon


  • Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon


  • Mint leaves - 6


  • Salt - 2 teaspoon


  • Cinnamon - 2 inch piece


  • Cloves - 2

Directions

  • Marinate the meat with half amount of curd ginger garlic paste chilli powder and salt
  • Pour oil and ghee in a pan and fried out the thinly sliced onions until golden brown.
  • After cool downs add the fried onion into the mixie jar and grind into a smooth paste.
  • Add cloves cinnamin cardamon and green chilies to the same pan and saute it for half a minute.
  • Now add remaining ginger garlic paste and saute it till the raw smell gone.
  • After that add chopped green chilies garam masala and salt
  • Now add the marinated meat and keep them in a low flame with the pan closed for 5 minutes.
  • Add the badam and coconut pastes and cook until the oil separates from the gravy.
  • Now add the grinded fried onion paste and curd with required amount of water.
  • When the meat cooked well turn off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves mint leaves and badams.
